I thought I’d share today a little something I like to do at the end of every week for my mental and emotional health! I’m sure I’ve mentioned that I love to dream, and I’m always looking towards the future. This is great, but I found I often forgot about the present or even reflecting on the past. Things may have happened during my week, both good and bad, but I hardly ever took time to process my thoughts or emotions and reflect on what I could focus on or maybe do better next week. So I came up with a weekend routine to help me reflect on my week. I call it CELEBRATE. In my journal, I write out some headings:

I have loved making this part of my weekly weekend routine! It has reminded me of moments throughout the week that I’m grateful for and times that I was so filled with joy. But it has also allowed me to process my low points during the week, reflect on why, and gives me something to work towards for next week. I’d love to hear if you try it out or make your own version!
