When you join a coaching program at TB Coaching, you will have the opportunity to be part of THE TRIBE. 

 

THE TRIBE is an extension of Flourishing Heart Ministries - founded by Tess Butler. It is a community of young people who are passionate about four things in particular: kindness, generosity, hospitality and community. THE TRIBE exists to encourage, equip and empower YOU to be the change in the world. 

 

We do this through collaborative partnerships. We believe we are better together and will have a great impact in the world if we work TOGETHER. 

 

We partner with NGOs, not-for-profits and humanitarian organisations such as A21, Samaritan’s Purse and Dignity Freedom Network on various projects and events to give our community an opportunity to be part of something bigger, to look outside of themselves, and to develop their passions and gifts.

 

For example, in 2021, one of our team got in contact with a medical equipment company based in Australia. This company were throwing away old medical equipment that was still in great working condition but no longer up to Australian standards. We partnered them with an NGO who were able to send this equipment in a shipping container to a developing country in desperate need of these supplies.
